Accessibility Functions on Slide

I am working on creating an accessible online course. It must be Section 508/WCAG compliant.

I would like to create markers (tabs) that will appear on all slides. The markers are home, help, replay, pause, prev, next. Some of these functions (tabs) appear when I preview a slide (prev, next, audio on/off). Can I change this slide to include the other functions I would like to include?

Hi there, Donal! Are you looking to add tabs to the Player? Or are you going to create custom tabs on the slide itself, maybe using a slide master?

Yes, I was aiming to create my own tabs on Player and believe that this is not possible.
