Hi, Have created a text based course using Storyline 360 which is published as HTML/Flash but during testing we found that the content was not read by JAWS when viewing the course on Edge browser. Would like to know if Edge is supported and if not how can we enable?
Says "Internet Explorer 10 or later" and "Internet Explorer 11 or later" Does Articulate consider Microsoft Edge to be "or later"? To ask the question differently, does the esclusion of "Edge" on the above page mean Microsoft Edge is NOT supported?
Edge is not one of the supported browsers for using a screen reader yet, but it sounds like that may be a requirement for you? I think it would be worth telling our product team about here.
Since this discussion is a bit older, let's refresh the conversation and get some more details. Firstly, Microsoft Edge is now a supported browser for screenreaders, so you can now use a screen reader to navigate through the text and hear the words.
Which screen reader are you using?
Are you able to navigate through the text at all?
Which software are you using to create your course?
Looking forward to a response as this will help up provide tailored resources!

I'd like to add a clarifying question to this. This page:

(Similarly for this page: https://articulate.com/support/article/Combined-Tech-Specs-for-All-Articulate-360-Apps#screen-readers which also does not list "Edge".)
Want to know if Storyline 360 can be used to publish a course that can be read by Jaws in Microsoft Edge in HTML5 (or Flash).
Thanks

Let me know if you're using one of those browsers and JAWS isn't working properly!
Hi Crystal,
So it means, IE Edge is not a supported browser for WCAG 2.0 Accessibility course in SL-3.
Hi Malkeet. That's right, Microsoft Edge is not supported for full accessibility, including screen readers.

Hi
I'm using Storyline 360 in combination with the latest version of Microsoft Edge with NVDA or the Microsoft-internal Screen Reader.
Some texts are read completely, some are not.
For assessments: The questions are not read at all but for the answers it works fine.
I have not idea how to fix it.
