Avoid drag and drop if creating accessible content as the functionality is not yet fully accessible and is documented as one to avoid. Unless you intend to provide an alternate experience for keyboard navigation.
There are some articles that are a good starting point for creating accessible content in Storyline. Storyline does not provide features for changing font sizes dynamically. It relies on browser zoom to meet that criteria. Nor does it provide dynamic theme changing (light and dark). Storyline does support multiple languages, through export of the text content, translate, and then re-import.
