You have to access your course from a browser on your iPad (Safari/Chrome) and then the course will launch in (if published for) the Articulate Player.
I start my courses from our e-learning portal and they launch perfectly in the Articulate player.
Looks like you are using the iPad app, Moodle does not support Tin Can API so you need to uncheck the iPad app when you publish. The scorm should then load on the iPad as HTML5

When access the lesson through my iPad this is how it looks like....it gives me an error at the end. Any ideas?

So what you're saying is that I have to choose either or? Both options should not be checked off?
If you have a TIM Can LMs then you can check both, Moodle is not, Storyline will try to open in the IPad app so to prevent this you need to uncheck it
