Accessing AS2 for Sale as a Subscription

I have completed my AS2 course, and am ready to sell to home-school parents for their children (not a public school system with their own LMS System).   HOW DO I SET UP THIS COURSE FOR ACCESS?

I understand my course has 7 content files approx. 38 Mb each contained in a single folder; I should build a web-site to house the course; web customer selects BUY to subscribe to the course for set # of months; customer pays for subscription "viewage" (not download) via credit card through web merchant system; customer receives a unique access key via email for duration of subscription; customer accesses course via website using access key (set up on my website by web designer?) with unlimited access during subscription period with option to renew.  YES??   Do customers need "log in" access on my site?

Is setting up an "access key" the task of the web designer or software developer or other?

Other than paying for a 3rd party site with monthly fees to house & access my course, (since I'm not going corporate with this) can anyone please advise a course of action?  Thanks in advance!
