You've misunderstood my question. I want the Modern player with Menus & Controls turned off (I have the Prev/Next buttons hidden at the page level, and hide/show closed captions with a button and variable), effectively hiding the Player altogether, but I still want to use the built-in Glossary and Resources function of the Player. Is this possible? Is there some sort of trigger or javascript function to call to do so?
With the resources switched off completely the resource folder is not generated when you publish. I suspect the same will be true of the glossary. YSo javascript will not help here.

Thanks. That's what I suspected, but I thought I'd ask.
