Account Management Issue

I manage our Articulate 360 Teams account. I need to remove a user and allocate his seat to another colleague, however, I need to back up his content. When trying to assign his content to someone else within the same team, I get an error: "We are unable to process your request at this time".

What would be the reason for this?

I'm keen to help find the cause of that message! Let's try a few quick tactics:

  • Is this happening on any browser or a certain one? What happens when you use Chrome's incognito mode?
  • Could I have you try to remove the user once more?
