Hello, Ilanna.  Articulate Online is a separate service from Articulate 360.  I don't see an Articulate Online account or trial associated with your email address or your company's domain.  Feel free to start a free trial of Articulate Online here!

I have the same problem. I dont remember my account url, and cant find it written anywhere...

I am having trouble accessing my account URL as I am trying to publish from storyline to rise 360! Any information will be helpful. I am aware that there is the online version and just the 360 version but I think I have both!

Thanks for contacting us and sharing that you would like to add your Storyline 360 content to Rise 360.

To do this, you will need to publish to Review 360, which does not require an account URL like Articulate Online.

Use Storyline Blocks to Embed Storyline 360 Courses

Articulate Online is a separate product from Articulate 360 and I do not see anything tied to your account. If you are sure you have it, please ping our support team and we can dig in to locate this information.
