acessibility and buttons

Apologies if I have missed a post but I am not sure how to articulate my question.
Traditionally I store extra information on layers behind 'info' buttons which are set to 'hide layer' when user clicks outside the button. We have favoured this over a hover because our tablet users don't really like hover. However I have just been playing with using keyboard navigation and once it is open there is no way to hide the layer using key prompts.
Am I missing a trigger or do you simply need to add a 'exit' button to the layer?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Ernest - I'm not sure that I'm following what you are asking here. Do you have a .story file/example that you could share for us to take a peek and assist? That would certainly be helpful.
It is possible to Hide Layer based on the press of an assigned key. Just be aware that browsers and operating systems often have functions that are pre-assigned to keys that might override what you are using in your SL project. It might take some trial and error to find the right keyboard shortcut for your users.
Thanks Adam,
That should work nicely (and in fairnes i should have thought of it myself!)
