Action Fine Tuning Slow

Hello,

I am using Action Fine Tuning to edit out parts of a software simulation. It is very slow. I have spent over an hour on three screen recording slides. I know you can drag the bar to do this but it is almost impossible to get to the exact frame you are looking for. When I click the Previous and Next Frame buttons it is very slow.

Does anyone know of a better way to do this?
