I'm getting an action script error when I preview slides in a storyline 1 file. Here's what I see:
Error #2044: Unhanded IQErrorEvent. Load Never Completed.
Once I click "continue", it allows the preview to work just fine. I have no idea what this is referring to... I tried googling this but didn't see anything related to storyline files, so I thought I'd check with the community. Please advise if anyone has encountered this or has any ideas! Thank you so much!
I'm not sure I've seen that error before - is it only occurring on one slide? Or just right when you start the preview? Does everything work normally after that?
It happens every single time I preview a slide or the project. Yes, everything works normally after I click continue. This is the first time this issue has occurred; it started last week on a new module I had just started. I do have update 7 as well...
If it's a brand new error, and it's only occurring in one project file, I'd again look to that file and what's included in it that could be causing an action script error. You will also want to confirm that you're working locally as described here.
If you're seeing this in all your files after conducting the update to Update 7, I'd recommend going through the repair steps detailed here.
Without seeing the file and if there is something specific throwing up that error it's hard to say. If it's working normally after you click continue, it may just be a security setting on your computer - and if it publishes normally I think it's like safe to continue as is.

You'll want to make sure you're using the latest update of Storyline1 , Update 7. Also, look into the minimum system requirements of Storyline detailed here.

It is odd... it only happens with that one file and it is housed locally. ?
