I recently received a new laptop (unable to deactivate old storyline). I am trying to activate on new laptop SL2 but the activate button remains disabled. Copy/paste and standard entry with no luck.
if you already have SL activated on two machines you won't be able to do it...contact Articulate Sales and they can organise to deactivate on your old machine so you can reactivate on the new one.
