I updated to the latest SL2 software to that fixes the flash issue. Now, every time I open SL2, it tells me to activate it. I get a confirmation that it is activated, but the next time I open the program - it still asks for activation.
A ran as administrator as suggested. I only get the option to uninstall. I unistalled and reinstalled and still get the not activated warning. The serial number is already there and I activate it. It says it's successful, but next time I open - it says it's not activated again.

I, and my colleagues have been getting this too, since we upgraded to S2. It is now being investigated by the Articulate engineers, as the fix you tried didn't work for us either.
My concern is that 14 days from now, I will not be able to use SL2. If it will continue to work and be more of a nuisance until it is fixed, I can live with that I guess. I'll just activate each time.

Does it save your serial number in there? You may just need to conduct the repair in the event that something occurred during your install.

I think it may be best to troubleshoot this one with our Support engineers so that they could gather a bit more information about your set up?
