The learning activity was created in articulate and then saved as a SCORM file, this was then uploaded onto Moodle.
I have now come across that when learner completes the activity the status shows pass but not completed. I have spoken to my LMS provider and he is insisting that its an articulate problem. I am not sure how to go about checking this... please assist.
You misunderstood what I was asking. When you go to publish your file, and then select LMS, what are your reporting and tracking selections? (See attachments.)

What are your publish settings from Storyline? Also, what are you using to track your completion?
It is HTML only...
