Activity ID does not change if the articulate file name is saved with a different name

Hi E-learning Heroes,

I had a small question, I would like to change the activity ID for my course as the LRS does not respond when the activity id has a space within. I assumed that by changing the name of the story file I could have this activity id also changed. Having done so multiple times I was not successful as I tried this earlier in the old storyline version and it worked.

Finally I physically modified the activity id in the tincan.xml file to move ahead.

can you please guide me how to avoid this and have this done naturally within the course?
