I have a module (in French) that we have pulled from another course in our organization and are re-purposing for a brand new launch.
The original course has been used by many people and never had an issue. We have a tester who has reported an issue around a matching activity that occurs part way through the course. He is using this on the testing server of our LMS (SumTotal).
He is matching items and matching them correctly, but he is being told the answers are incorrect.
When I test this locally I'm not having any issues.
So I made a suggestion to our UAT tester to ensure that the shapes they are matching actually overlap, and that seems to be generating the correct answer.
I am going to add an instruction stating that and leave it as such.
