Activity with Multiple Text Entry Fields

Hello Friends,

Today I got a challenging requirement from client, i.e; User should enter the numeric values in text entry fields (we have 6 text entry boxes in single slide) with 2 attempts. Finally the question is having audio it should not repeat when user press the retry button.

I found the way to make the activity works fine in web version. But I didn't had luck in HTML-5 version. The issues is retry variable are not working. 

A quick help will be appreciated.
