Add a learners name at beginning of E-learn then show on a certificate slide

Hi anyone

I want to let a learner type in their name at the beginning of a 360 e-learn (modern player) then have it appear on the results slide (congratulations layer). They can then print it off as proof of success. How do I do this and also add a 'print' tab on the results page? I have added a text box for them to type name in but need it to show in another text box in congrats layer.
