Add a sixth radio button to Likert Survey Feb 21, 2019 By Celine Maher Hi, The Template for the Likert Scale Survey has 5 radio buttons. I need to add a 6th radio button. What is the best way to do this? I am using Storyline 2 but could use Articulate 360 if necessary. Thanks.

I found out how to do it:
Go to Form View.
Click on the Scale button below the Statements.
Add the 6th option.
