I have a slide with an audio recording. The audio has one cue point. I'd like to show a layer at that cue point and have the audio continue to be heard.
I think I need a trigger, but I don't know how to do it and I can't find a post or tutorial. Will one of you heroes please come to my aid/
Can you set up a shape offstage. Position it on the timeline at the "cue point" Then add a trigger to show the layer when the timeline starts for that shape?
Doh! I finally figured it out. I think I have Storyline Limititus... I've been working on this so long today i'm going in and out of a haze. Hmmm, maybe that's what happent to Jodi Arias??

For what it's worth, here is a quick sample of the approach Rebecca described.
That's it. Tks As my friend Charlie Brown once said: "I never feel so dumb as when I'm trying to be smart."
Hey, Alan. We can ALL relate to Charlie Brown
Glad it worked. Hey, Michael
Okay, I'm having a Charlie Brown moment... well actually a CB hour. Uh, how do I trigger the showing of a layer at a cue point in the audio track?
Alan
