Add Trigger Condition in Storyline 360

Hello,

In Storyline 2 and 3, I was able to add if and/or conditions to a trigger for example, a person needs to review 3 layers before moving to the next slide.  I've tried to add this condition in Articulate 360 and I am unable.  I've built a slide with 7 layers.  The base layer has a hotspot for the user to select to display the layer.  Each layer will hide after the timeline has been met.  I need to make it so the slide either automatically moves to the next slide one all of the layers have been visited or display the Next button only after the all layers have been visited.

How do you add a condition that a user must visit all 6 layers before moving to the next slide or that they next slide will display automatically when all 6 layers are visited?

As a FYI, I am finding Articulate 360 much harder to use than Articulate Storyline 2 or 3; it is not very user friendly at all.
