I've created a "Start" menu for the course I'm working on and I've added some buttons with graphics to identify what they are (i.e. flat people icons for "Audience"). I'd like to add a hover-over text tooltip to the button as well -- what's the easiest/best way to do this?

The most straightforward way to do this is to add the tooltip to the Hover state: Storyline 1: Adding and Editing States
