Although it would be possible to add a seventh segment to your circle, it would require quite a bit of extra work on your behalf to resize everything to fit it in. As an alternative, what I would suggest is to replace the centre picture with your additional menu option, as all you would have to do is to add a circular shape and icon, group them together (exactly as the other six items are done) and then add the necessary trigger to open the relevant layer.
Your end result could then look something like this:
