Hello. If you are using Storyline 360 and you have your audio on the main timeline, see attached file. Was not sure if you are putting your audio on the main timeline, a layer or on the slide master.
Thank you for letting us know the issues you're having with your audio as well as what version of Storyline you are currently using.
I'm not clear on the first issue you mentioned: "How we can repeat the file?" Do you need to add the audio again or were you wanting to loop it?
As for the audio cutting out, it'd be better to take a look at your project file to understand what you are experiencing. With your permission, please share your .story project file. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
