I have a screen with four popups. Each popup layer contains audio. If I open two popups simultaneously, then both audio play. But I need only one audio to play. I tried adding trigger to stop others, disable etc. but it does not seem to work. Any ideas?
Are you wanting there to be more than one pop up visible at a time? If so then you need to have the audio on the base layer and create triggers that play audio 1 when user clicks popup 1 and pause audio 2 when user clicks popup 1. Then do the same for popup 2.
If the popups can only show one at a time, then change the layer properties to say hide other slide layers when this one is active.

Here is a stripped down version of an audio model with what I think you are trying to describe. Perhaps this can help.
