I have been playing around with adding a fade in for some images.
They are sharp enough when I insert them, but when i add an entrance animation it loses some quality, it looks blurry. It is a lot more apparent when I add it to a box with text.
Can anyone explain or better yet offer a solution?
I'm really sorry you've come across this problem, Simon. I can see some blur on the objects that have an animation on my end as well. I did some digging, and see that we have an open issue where text is blurry when adding animation in the HTML5 output.
I know how frustrating this can be for a course creator, as the goal is to produce high-quality content. While I don't have a workaround to share at this time, you're in the right place and we'll let you know as much as we can, as soon as we can!
I've spent a day playing with this, on the same day I got 2 new monitors. Took me a while to figure out that it wasn't my eyes, it wasn't my new configuration, but it's just simply due to adding animation to textboxes. I'm looking forward to hearing that there's a fix for this.
Really sorry for any trouble there. Like you said, this one is us. Thanks for reaching out, and you'll receive a notification as soon as we post any new information here since you're now subscribed.
