Adding Feedback Master Layers

Sep 20, 2019

Hi everyone,

I cannot seem to add the ‘Correct’ and ‘Incorrect’ layers from the default Feedback Master onto my drag n drop interaction. I am trying to add the ‘Inspire 01’ designs so that when the user clicks my submit button the correct or incorrect/try again layer appears corresponding with whether they have completed the drag and drop correctly.

I imagine it is a simple process but I have read this article a few times: https://community.articulate.com/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-use-feedback-masters and there must be something that I’ve missed.

I’d be very grateful if someone could take me through how to do it 😊

Thank you!
Jade

Hi Jade,

The quickest way to get the layers that you want attached to your slide is to insert the template slide that contains the layers you require, select the layers (click on first layer and then SHIFT + click on the last layer), right click and select Copy. Now select your original slide, right click in the area above Untitled Layer, select Paste and finally delete the Untitled Layer.

I have attached a quick Peek video here to show you the steps. In the video I have used the Drag and Drop template slide, but you can use whichever one you wish in order to get the feedback layers you are after. If you have any further queries, just get back to me here.
