Adding Mouse cursor to layers

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a mouse cursor animation on a layer of a slide? I'm trying to demonstrate how to get to a function on an electronic device by "clicking" through the menu options in the correct sequence. From my base layer, I have a mouse cursor animation showing the "click" of the first menu option, and a trigger set to show the next layer (which is the next menu on the device) when this animation completes, and this part is working just fine. But on the next layer, I am trying to add another mouse cursor to show the "clicking" of the next menu option, but the add a mouse cursor option in the Insert menu is not active.
Any ideas or suggestions on this?

Hello Sara,
I just tried it and you're right, adding the built-in cursor on layers seem to be not an option right now.
That said, it may not be the ideal solution but you can always grab a cursor image and add a motion path to it.
Hope this helps,
Donna
Thanks for the input Donna! Great idea, I think I might just use an image instead. That way I can use an actual picture of the stylus that is used with this device.
Thanks!
Hi Sara,
I just wanted to confirm, the mouse cursor can only be added to the base slide at this time, so you won't be able to add it to your layers. Donna's idea sounds like a good method to set this up though!
