Is there a way to override this? I often find myself adding/removing objects from slides as I'm working through it and it's almost never an element that needs to how all the way to the end. Is there a way to change this behavior?
Objects will automatically be shown until the end of the timeline when you insert them on a slide. You'll want to change the duration my manually clicking-and-dragging the end of the object on the timeline, or right-clicking the object and selecting Timing.
I'll let our team know that you're requesting a way to change that default timing before inserting the object. Thanks for the idea!
Thanks - yes changing the default setting as an option is definitely is going to speed things up. To be honest, unless the slide only a few seconds long and use only static elements, only 20% of the inserted elements stay till the end of the timeline. So I end up trimming constantly just to avoid this behavior.

That makes sense, Eitan. And I'm sure you're not the only one!
