Adding number variables Oct 01, 2020 By Pam Pappenheim Hi all, I have three number variables where learners enter a number between 1 and -3. I wanted to add these results together at the end of the section. Can anyone advise how to do this in a simple way? Thanks in advance, Pam.
Phil Mayor Hero over 3 years ago10/01/20 at 10:12 am (UTC) use a trigger to adjust the variables you may be better creating a results variable Then create triggers adjust results to 0 adjust variable results assign value of 1 adjust variable results add 2 adjust variable results add 3 Good practice is to set to 0 first just in case they revisit slide Just choose an event for this to happen (e.g. timeline start, user clicks)

adjust results to 0
adjust variable results assign value of 1
adjust variable results add 2
adjust variable results add 3
