As long as the character bundle is still installed on your computer, you should see those characters when you use the Insert Character option shown here.

I have Storyline 2 & 3 on different computers, that must be why. I'll have to see if I can find the serial number, if not I'll try plan B. Thanks Ashley.
You can have both versions of Storyline on the same computer, but you'd also be able to have the character bundle installed on both of your computers. Don't worry about tracking the serial number down on your end - our team can find it pretty quickly!
