Can use your immediate help here. I've been asked to do the following: "I would like to see if you are able to add the ability to send an email when an answer is checked. This is for only one question. In addition, the answer would count and the employee given credit for taking the course".
It looks like Leslie has taken care of you here, but I did want to give you a bit more information on the "Send Email to" trigger, in case you're interested :)
The "Send Email to" trigger doesn't automatically send an email, but rather it opens a New Email window with the address pre-populated. The user would have to actually click send to send the email.
Adding a "Send Email to" trigger to the answer choice of a quiz question opens a new email window when the answer choice is clicked, but the answer is not submitted unless the user navigates back to the course and clicks Submit. You can see that in action here. This may be confusing for the user, so I would suggest adding the trigger to a button on the last page of the course instead.
Each user must have an email client installed (for example, Microsoft Outlook), and they must have an account configured in the program. Otherwise, the email window will not open.
The email client program must allow JavaScripts and HTML submits. Some programs, like Lotus Notes and Groupwise, do not allow these features. Therefore, they will not work.
Tighter security restrictions in modern web browsers, operating systems, and anti-virus programs can also interfere with this process, so I recommend testing your content in its intended environment to determine if the email trigger will work for your users.

As you can see in this article, we do not have an email results feature though.
