Today i was presented with a challenge to add the results of a likert scale survey. I looked on this site and seemed like there was a few people with the same problem.
After some tinkering i got the following solution.
Used a slider and just added all the sliders with a variable called "Total"
Hi Peter, this may be a solution for me. I was trying to figure out a way to have the results from the Likert Scale Survey Questions Format display as a Bar Chart?
Below is a sample of the Likert Scale Survey within the eLearning
I was wondering if there was a way to have the results of the survey be displayed within the training as a vertical bar chart with the horizontal axis being the categories Strongly Disagree, Somewhat Disagree, Somewhat Agree and Strongly Agree and the vertical axis being the number of questions falling within the category?
Maybe a better way, as you have displayed, is provide a final results score, and then, I can have specific analysis and recommendation per the score achieved.
I can see that you’re still looking for ways to incorporate a survey and a bar chart since you reached out here and in this other discussion. I’d love to help. Can you take a look at the thread I linked in the other discussion? We can keep the conversation going over there!
Since there is no bar chart option in SL2, what i can suggest is to create a shape for each category with 10 states numbered 1-10 and then just trigger to change the state based on the results. I've made a very simple example attached.

Thanks will do! I think Peter might have the best, and easiest solution.
