To clarify your question - are you looking to include the note text from the Notes player tab onto the slide itself in a scrolling panel? There isn't an automatic way to do so in Storyline, so I'll be curious what the community is able to share with you here!

I've not seen a solution related to a scrolling panel syncing with audio, but if you are looking for a closed caption effect, there is one built into the software for Storyline 360. Check out the details here.
