The ability to add superscript in the player title, menu, and glossary is currently a feature request that we are tracking.
I've added this conversation to our report so that we can share any updates with you here. I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests, which may be helpful.
Depending on the scope of your Glossary, you might want to put it on a slide instead of in the built-in Glossary. That would allow you to format the text as desired. You could even add images or media.
For access, the slide could be lightboxed via a Player-level tab.
This post provides a sample Glossary. If you scroll down, one of the comments provides instructions for lightboxing a slide in the Player.
