Adding Triggers slow to open the trigger wizard

Hi All, is anyone experiencing this?   I am working in Storyline 360. When I click on Add trigger, the button turns blue, but it takes about 16 seconds to open the trigger wizard.  Doesn't sound like a lot, but it is actually quite frustrating as it happens whenever I want to add a trigger.   The variable drop down menu,within the trigger wizard, also seems to be lagging sometimes.   The add trigger lag has been happening on quite a few projects of mine recently.  Any ideas on why it might be happening?
