I need an information about adding Youtube Videos in a Storyline presentation. Once the video is added in the presentation, can the user play the videos when he is offline ?
Another option is to download the video from YouTube and use the Insert > Video from file... option to add the video file you downloaded. That way if they have a local/offline copy of the course they would be able to view the videos offline. There are a lot of ways to download the YouTube videos including KeepVid.com and some browser extensions like Video Downloader for Chrome.

Hi Boris! In Storyline you can add YouTube videos a few different ways.
The two methods described here would require an online connection to view the videos: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-add-a-youtube-video-to-storyline
1. Insert > Video > Video from Website
2. Insert > Web Object
