My LMS provider will soon upgrade our Chrome version on our user software and has advised that Adobe Flash will need to be installed/run each time it is required to launch appropriate content. If all of my storyline published media are MP4 video files - should I encounter any potential issues where flash is required? Or to launch / run a Storyline 3 course in general?

Videos don't need flash. You could publish to HTML5 to maintain interactivity

Just to double check also, none of the functionality of storyline 3 requires flash?
If you publish to html5 then you should not need flash at all.
The authoring tool itself still needs flash for some elements
