I installed a font with Adobe Typekit and it shows up fine when editing the storyline file, but for some reason I get gibberish when I preview the course. Anyone run into this before and have ideas? The typeface is Futura PT Extra Bold if that makes any difference. Seems fine in Powerpoint and Word.
What version and update of Storyline are you using? I know we had issues in earlier versions of Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 with Adobe Typekit fonts, but those are both fixed up now.
You can check which update you're on by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". Storyline 3 Update 4 and Storyline 360 Update 17 are the latest.
If you're on the latest update and you're still seeing this gibberish, can you tell me if it's just preview or if you're also seeing it in the published output too? Are you able to share these font files with us so that we can take a look? If you need to share privately you can upload to our Support Engineers directly.
I'm using Storyling 360 v3.17.16188.0 and the gibberish shows up in the published output as well. I can't share the font files because they are synced through Adobe Typekit, through the Creative Cloud application.

Is that the only Font type from the Typekit that isn't working in Storyline? Are you seeing the same thing with other fonts?
