Advanced Hotspot

I am brand new to stroyline, and am currently trying it to to see if it will fit my department's needs. I would like to create a hotspot based quiz for radiology education, but wanted to know if there was a way to add some more advanced functionality. Not only do I want to award users for identifying the correct region, but I want to penalize them for identifying regions that would be incorrect distractions. The purpose of this would be to eventually calculate the percentage of areas the user identified as correctly abnormal (true positives) but also provided the user with a percentage of areas identified as abnormal that weren't (false positives). Is there a way to do that within storyline? Thank you, in advance for your help.
