Advantages of Storyline over ispring

I need to create an online business language course and have been using  ispring's quiz maker for some time now for language quizzes which have generally worked well. 

I want to develop the materials so students can learn as well as practise.

So I'm currently reviewing the overall ispring package as well as trialling Storyline.

Could you please give me the advice as to what the benefits of moving to Articulate would be.
