I have looked through a few threads on this one but haven't figured out why this is the case. I have a course where there is audio on every slide, upon publishing and uploading to our LMS system, there is usually one slide that although the audio is on the slide and plays during preview, it doesn't work with the LMS. With one course, this happened twice with two different slides, one slide each time. I use chrome for the browser, and every other slide in the presentation works just fine. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?
What I would recommend first is testing your course with SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article! That way, you can see if the issue is only happening in your LMS or if it might be related to the project file.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, my recommendation would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your project and settings.
Thank you for the SCORM testing resource! That will be incredibly useful going forward. I am seeing the same behavior so I have submitted a support ticket. Thank you!
