As you mentioned an LMS, have you also tested your published output on the SCORM Cloud to see if it you observe the same behavior there, as well? In the process of testing, I was able to see the same issue that you are experiencing, but unfortunately, I do not know of a workaround or a solution available at this time to address the problem. I intend to submit a ticket for further exploration of the issue with our QA team, and I will be sure to post any updates here in the thread as I receive them. Your patience is appreciated. :)

I have tested this on iPad (Both Safari and Articulate mobile player), SCORM cloud, and locally with HTML5 version (On Crome and IE).
The issue occurs on HTML5 version.
