Hi, hope someone can help. I have just opened a storyline 2 file to work on and all the images in it have disappeared. The file size has also shrunk from 142 meg to 90 meg. The previous version is fine but obviously not up to date. Anyone else had this happen?
Sorry to hear of this happening. It is possible the file could have become corrupted. Are you able to work from the previous version?
Please make sure that you are working locally with all of your files as described here. You may also want to create a second back up version of the file as you are working with it in case this were to happen again.
