I have installed the Trial version of Articulate Storyline 360 (latest version).
I have imported a PPT document but all the slides are blank. How do I import slides correctly? Does the PPT document have to have special characteristics?
All files are hosted on my main hard drive C:
I have attached the PPT file which is causing me problems
Hello Giannnn and welcome to E-Learning Heroes 😊
Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing and sharing your .ppt file so that we could take a look. I've opened a support case on your behalf so that you can work directly with one of our support engineers to get back up and running. You should be hearing from someone soon.
I am experiencing the same issue. Imported ppt. slides and in story view appear to be blank. When a single slide is selected, the content appears. I am providing screen shots. I have a paid version and all updates are current as of today 01MAR21.
Thank you for sharing these screenshots with us! I've noticed this in other projects where there might be one corrupted element affecting the slide's visual in Story View and Slide View.
I'm happy to work with you to find the object that could be interfering. Would you mind sharing the .story file with me? Here's my direct upload link.
