Hi Suzanne
which version of SL are you using and are you viewing previewed or published output and in flash or html5.
I know there was an issue with SL360 and html5 output but that was fixed in update 4 - see this post
I am using sL360 Teams. I'm not sure what I am previewing in. How do I tell that?
360 previews the html5 output - are you on the latest update - can you share a screenshot of what's happening?
Here is the screen shot
my version is 3.4.10364.0
Hi Suzanne
I can replicate the issue when the notes tab is on the sidebar and previewed in html5.
If you publish it - the flash and html5 output are displaying as expected.

You'll need to publish to web/LMS/Cd or Articulate 360 review
Here is a tutorial about publishing to Review. It shows you the different publish formats you can select.
