Thank you for your reply, something else that has been confusing our team...not everyone can replicate the same issue? Some of us get the voice playback and some of us not? Any thoughts?
Hi Leslie, apologies. I am talking about the same original issue.
We are all working on the same product using Articulate Storyline, and some of us get the above issue when we do exactly as you stipulated. Some of us can't replicate the issue at all. So after they click OK they don't have any audio playing (which is how we want it to be!) It has just been a bit confusing trying to figure out why some of us have this problem and some of us not. We are currently trying to test and see if the problem carry over into our end-product. If you have any thoughts, please share!
I have also chatted to Gerald from Articulate and he suggested that it can be 1 of 2 things:
1. Project file set up. The project file of the unaffected users is different from yours or into the bug. 2. Storyline 360 version they're currently using.
I don't think it Is the file setup...can it really be the version of storyline that we are all using?
Hi, Mareliza. Yes, colleagues on different versions could see different behavior. We saw this bug appear in update 22. If folks are using an earlier update, they shouldn't see this behavior. Go to Help > About Storyline to check what version you are using.
For those using update 22 through update 24, they will see the issue in the published output as well. As Leslie mentioned, we'll be sure to update you with any changes.
If you're not seeing a difference in the version of Storyline 360 between your users, please let us know, and we can take a deeper look!
Good morning Crystal, ok great. This is a big help. Now...is it at all possible to 'undo' an update? and let's say go back to version 21 where I don't get the problem? Until the issue is sorted with Articulate? Just to make it a bit more straight forward for the team?

Hello Mareliza and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
It is a current issue that we have reported and is open with our team.
I will add this conversation to the report so that we can share updates as we can.
We do have this workaround listed in the meantime:

Hi Mareliza,
Are you still referring to the original issue or are you running into another issue after adding the trigger that we discussed above?
Here is the scenario for the original issue if you'd like to verify everyone is testing the same issue:
Let me know if you're running into something different or if the solution above is not working as expected.

Hi Mareliza,
Yes, you can absolutely install a previous version of Storyline 360 until we get this bug sorted out. Click here to find out how.
You may also want to have a look at the bugs we fixed and the new features we introduced since Update 21 – you can find that list right here.
Great news! We just released another update for Articulate 360, and included a few important fixes that you'll see in the release notes here.
