How do I remove alt txt from text boxes that are showing up in Accessibility. I deselect the box but it still shows up when the Translations person Exports to Word. They are counting them as words to translate.
They are telling us there are more words than on the page and therefore will take longer to translate.
Yes, but strangely, it doesn't happen for all text boxes?? It also happens for all the questions. Attached is a word doc comparing the export to the story Accessibility box and story page where the text is.
Unfortunately this has caused confusion with Translations word count resulting in a delay of the launch of the course.

I don't thin k you can, although it should be the same string so the cost would be reduced for translating the same string
I don't understand why for some text boxes it doesn't how up in the export to Word?
Is it only text where is has been edited?

Yes, for text boxes but strangely enough, not all text boxes. Definitely repeated in the question pages.
