Thanks so much for reaching out here! There isn't an option to make this happen for your entire course with just one click, it's more of a manual process per slide. In your trigger menu for the slides you want this for, if you select the hyperlinked "next slide field" you can then select any slide you wish it to advance to from the dropdown. There also isn't a built in option to select "previous or next scene" in the dropdown. They're all separated by scene, however, so if you select the scene you want the next button to jump to, it will assign the first slide of that scene. See the screenshot below.
