Alternative Support Contacts

Can anyone provide me with a way to contact Articulate directly with a support issue? Currently all support (from the UK at least) seems to redirect to Omniplex, and unfortunately they've been really unresponsive in their correspondence with me (which is very unusual in my experience with them over the years). If anyone can suggest an alternative way I can speak with Articulate to get some support, I'd much appreciate it.

Thanks both. I tried that form previously (over a week ago now), however, and have since received a cursory email from Omniplex to tell me someone will get back to me soon, and nothing else. 

Its so frustrating, like beating my head against a brick wall. The issue is a licencing one, and has been on-going since the start of March, and I've had weeks of time where Omniplex just don't respond at all. 

Any other suggestions?

Hi Duncan,

Is this the case for your serial number? I see a case that our team responded to on May 10th about that but no other cases for you based on the email address we have on file for you. 

Could the response have gone to your junk/spam folder? It would have come from Support@articulate.com and I'll have it reset to you.
